Global Generative AI Innovations Ranks – India Fifth

India is fifth in the world when it comes to innovations in Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI). India is behind China, the US, Republic of Korea, and Japan in terms of the number of GenAI patents it publishes each year. However, it stands out because of its fast yearly growth rate. India now has more rights in this area than either the UK or Germany, with 1,350 issued between 2014 and 2023. Indian companies like RN Chidakashi Technologies and Tata Consultancy Services have made important contributions to new ideas in retail AI and contract management, respectively.
